Three Days , Three Quotes Challenge – Day 2

“People Are Never More Insecure Than When They Become Obsessed With Their Fears At The Expense Of Their Dreams”

Another one of my favourite quotes that’s right up there on my wall.. For this quote helped me understand why I get panic attacks!

There I was in the middle of a panic attack, and one of my friend randomly sent me a few quotes. This quote was one of them….. The minute I read it my breathing started to get normal and I started to feel less tense. It just spoke to me…

Here I was thinking that panic attacks were just me feeling nervous, but this helped me understand the reason at a deeper level. I was focusing more on my fears than on what I wanted to achieve… My Dreams…

I still get panic attacks, but now I am able to deal with them much faster and I am able to control them before they take control of me.. I just keep telling myself to not focus on whats stopping me and instead to focus on what I need to do to get to the place I want to be. Break it down into simple achievable steps and slowly push myself outside my comfort zone.. And biggest of all not to be so hard on myself if it takes longer than planned.. Keep moving forward..

“Panic attacks are just a tussle between who I am and who I want to be”
